The Algebraic K-theory of the group ring of the Klein bottle group

Abstract:

Let K denote the Klein bottle. We compute the algebraic K-theory groups of the ring Z[?1(K)] in terms of the algebraic K-theory groups of the integers. Following the same arguments, we do the same for the ring Z[?1(Ng)], where Ng denotes a nonorientable closed surface of genus g>2.
